- We have three (3) different types of apartments. (1) One Bedroom, (2) Two Bedroom, & (2) Bedroom with single car garage. Each unit comes with a Refrigerator, Range, Disposal, and Washer/Dryer. They all have gas hot water forced air heat and central air conditioning. Your gas and electric bill would be approximately $70.00 per month, total for both. Your water, sewer, garbage, lawn mowing, snow removal, and all other maintenance expenses are included in the monthly rent. Your rental rate will not increase every year, unlike competitors who raise rental rates yearly. By reason of disability or death, the lease is terminated with a (30) thirty day written notice. You could easily move to a nursing or assisted care facility with a (30) day notice.
