How much is rent?
Prices vary between our communities. Please contact our office and talk with someone from our friendly staff to receive pricing information and the most current availability information.
What's included in the rent?
The water, garbage and sewer bill is included. (community-specific exceptions apply) All indoor and outdoor maintenance, such as snow removal, yard work, appliance repairs, etc. is included as well.
What appliances are in the apartment?
Standard appliances included in every apartment are a frostless refrigerator, electric range/oven and a washer and dryer.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We allow small pets under 20 lbs. We don't require an up-front pet deposit to be paid. There is a $10/month fee, which is paid while you enjoy your pet.
Is there a wait list for your communities?
Some of our locations have wait lists. Call the office for information on availability. If you would like to join our wait list, click here. There is a one-time, $50.00 fee to join our wait list. The $50 fee will be applied to your security deposit when you move into an apartment.
How much is the security deposit?
