If you are interested in making Yellow Retirement Communities your future home, read the information below carefully and complete the contact information form.
There is a one-time fee of $50 to be added to the waitlist.
This $50 is credited towards your first month's rent once you have accepted an apartment and signed a lease.
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WHEN AN APARTMENT WILL BECOME AVAILABLE.
When you are notified about the available vacancy, you will have 24 hours to respond.
Quoted rental rates are subject to change while you are on the waitlist.
This is not an application for a specific apartment.
When an apartment becomes available, a rental application will be sent to you that must be completed.
