If you are interested in getting on the Waitlist for Yellow Retirement Communities, please read the following carefully, fill out the form completely, print, and mail to the address below.
I/WE, The prospective resident(s) will provide the sum of $50.00 to the J-J Parent Corporation as a NON-REFUNDABLE fee to be placed on a waitlist for the community. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE WHEN AN APARTMENT WILL BECOME AVAILABLE. (PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INTERMITTENTLY CHECK YOUR POSITION ON THE WAITLIST.) When we receive notice of an apartment becoming available, we will notify you at least 2 weeks before you are expected to sign and activate the lease. When you are notified about the available vacancy, you will have 24 hours to respond. Notification will be primarily by telephone. If you agree to accept an apartment, we will meet to show you the apartment and sign a form to reserve the apartment. Your $50.00 will be credited towards your reservation (security) deposit which is equivalent to one month's rent. All leases are on a 2-year term to assure you of a fixed rental rate for 2 years. Leases also include 30 day written notice cancellation due to death or disability. Quoted rental rates are subject to change while you are on the waitlist. If your phone number or address changes while you are on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to call our office to update that information
