- The prospective
resident________________________________________________, will
provide the
- sum of $50.00 to the J-J Parent Corporation to be placed on a
waitlist for the community listed below.
- There is absolutely NO guarantee when an apartment will become
available, but feel free to intermittently check your position
on the waitlist. When we receive notice of an apartment
becoming available, we will notify you at least 2 weeks before
you are expected to sign & activate the lease. When you
are notified about the available vacancy, you will have 24 hours to
respond. Notification will be primarily by telephone. If
you do not respond or you respond by passing up a particular
apartment, this will be checked below as a 1'st notice. If you
are called again on another apartment becoming available and there
is no response or if the apartment is passed up again this will be a
2'nd notice and your $50.00 will not be refunded.
- If you agree to accept an apartment, we will meet
to show you the apartment and sign a form to reserve the
apartment. Your $50.00 will be credited towards your
reservation (security) deposit totaling one months rent. All
leases are 2-year term to assure you of a fixed rental rate for 2
years. Leases also include 30 day written notice cancellation
due to death or disability. Quoted rental rates are
subject to change while you are on the waitlist. If your phone
number or address changes while you are on the waitlist, it is your
responsibility to call our office to update this form.
- If
for any reason you do not move into these apartments or decide not
to be on the waiting list before being contacted, you will
forfeit your $50.00.
